Honestly nothing too much trouble. Best base for 7 nights with very welcoming and pleasant staff both in manner and turn out. Wonderful breakfast options with meats and dairy free diets, as for instance. Brilliant and easy location, so close to Karst Gallery.

We had a fantastic value for our money at Kloster. The room was spacious with great water pressure in the shower. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the center, and the staff treated us with kindness and refunded our breakfast charge when they realized it was included.

They e-mailed me a few days prior to my visit to let me know about a wedding party that would be going on during my stay. Staff were very friendly and very approachable. Room was large, very comfortable and very clean. Will def. Rebook there! Breakfast was plentyful and the restaurant served good food, even late at night (for the germans, anyway!)
